Hello everyone,

I've noticed that my hair's thinning out quite a bit lately. I've read some articles that lack of rest will do this as I have two F/T jobs. I wish I didn't have to work so many hours, but I have to in order to make ends meet. I usually get by with 3-4 hours of sleep, sometimes 5-6 w/ interruptions with weekends to catch up on much needed rest.

My question is...is there something homeopathic that actually works I can take in order to improve the condition of my hair (and reverse this thinning issue)? I just don't have enough time in the day to be getting a full 8 hour rest.

Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated!
Best Regards,
Hannah
