i get really tired in the day, but when i come to go to bed at night i can't sleep, and when i finally drift off i am awake again within an hour. i normally get into bed around 10pm and only have to be up at the earliest 7am, which should give me 9 hours worth of sleep. i have become more quiet lately, and have started concetrating on my college work alot more. i have also changed my diet. most of my personality has changed and since the 1st aniversary of my nan's death (god bless her, and rest her soul) i have become a lot quiter. any help as to what could be causing my lack of sleep?
i know stress can affect your sleep. when im stressed, i think too much, so when i lay my head down all i think about are my worries and concerns for things such as school or my boyfriend, and those nights i have trouble sleeping too. you might just be over stressed out with all the things in your life. maybe try a sleep aid. something gentle you can buy at a drug store or other store. they work for me pretty well. i would take one about 30 min-1 hour before i expected i wanted to go to bed and id be out like a light
i wouldn't recommend a sleep aid unless you absolutely HAVE to...like i said..try getting in a good work out during the day..DONT eat 2 hrs before you're planning to go to bed and see if that helps first
