Hello,

My fiance had a vasectomy 10 years ago and he claims to not have the urge to have sex often. He states his drive goes into a "slump" and then back up. The slump last for months. I am wondering if anyone knows that this is common and what he could possibly do to change this. He is 40. It is putting a strain on our relationship.
