Q: lack of sensitivity

I'm having two problems at the moment, both of which are rather embarrassing for me to talk about. First, I'm 22 years old and otherwise healthy.

Also, I'm circumcised and was born with very mild hypospadias which was surgically corrected

The first problem I have seems to be with 'webbing' of the skin from my scrotum onto my penis. The two are essentially joined together at the base, and during an erection this can tighten to the point that it is uncomfortable. From what I understand, some webbing may be normal, but for me it is rather uncomfortable. I believe this is affecting my sexual function, and ability to maintain an erection.

The second issue is just a general lack of sensitivity. I have a hard time even masturbating to orgasm and lose erections quickly because of this. I think this maybe be partly related to the first problem, which can cause enough discomfort to make it hard to concentrate on anything else.

Both of these issues are causing me tremendous distress and are causing me to avoid sexual activity because I don't want to be unable to perform due to physical problems.

any advice or information would be appreciated.

NOTE: I felt that need to clarify that what I am feeling is discomfort during an erection, but not really 'pain'. It's sort of hard to describe but essentially it feels as if my penis is 'pulling' on the skin that is attached to the scrotum and lifting it upwards.

both issues are common with circumcision (heck the lack of sensitivity is why it became popular with christians as sex/masturbation is a sin)

you could do foreskin restoration to allow the glans to become more sensitive and gain back the gliding skin, it might help with the webbing but you can get surgery to fix that, if it is a problem during sex I would think insurance would cover it
