I am an 18 year old male, very athletic, in good shape.
My vision is 20/20 combined but one eye is weaker than the other.

My question pertains to the symptoms i have been feeling. I am often tired, and the world seems fuzzy, unclear, or basically not as defined as i believe it should be. I have a lack of mental awareness and acuity. I feel often like i could be dreaming. I also have little to no sense of smell. not sure if thats related. I can tell the difference in my mental status because once every few months i can see the world clearly and i have mental acuity, this is usually followed by a migraine headache. Any light you could shed on my situation would be very helpful thank you.

Hello.

Your symptoms are unusual to be diagnosed into a particular category. But you do seem to have some dissociative phenomena. Usually dissociative phenomena are expected as aura of migraine, but you seem to have the opposite effect.

I would suggest you visit a Neurologist to rule out any neurological problem, as you also have no sense of smell, which could indeed be related.

Regards
