I am 22 male. good health. i have always been active, playing sports and other. Played college FB. Over the past probably 3 months my exercise level has dropped almost to nothing. Recently it has become harder to get and maintain an erection after the first sex session between me and my girlfriend. If she moves alot or i am in an even slightly uncomfortable position i lose erection. could my lack of exercise be causing a lack of testosterone and my troubles maintaining??? please help
