Lately I have just had No energy, I have tried changing my diet and eating fresh fruits and more protein , and exercising, I have even tried diet pills that promise energy. I just feel so tired all the time. I cant seem to get over it everyday it seems to stay the same and not get any better.

I haven't started any new medications and have a healthy medical record, and I am not over weight im at a healthy weight of 113 5 foot 2 inches 25 years old. Im not depressed I just dont know how to get my normal energy back. I do feel a little grumpier and snappy but I assume this is because I feel so tired.

What should I do??

I did make a appointment with my gyno to see if there is anything she can suggest.

I don't think your gyno would be the way to go because it doesn't sound like a gynecological problem. You need to see a regular internist for a medical work-up. There a lot of things that can make you tired all the time, such as a thyroid imbalance, a sleep disorder, an infection that you didn't know about (like a sinus infection). Go get yourself checked-out. It's probably nothing serious, but it may take some tests to find the cause.

Just don't let yourself be dismissed by your doctor (I'm not saying you will be, but I've heard that far too much on this site). Keep at it until you find the answer and find something that makes you feel better.
