hi all

I was diagnosed with labyrinhitis 2 months ago.I have been improving from the virus iteself but I have been suffering from tight temples,pain and popping/fulness in the ears,dizziness,pain in forehead and across the nose,sore eyes and a sense of de-realisation(horrible).
I also feel my vision is not quite in focus.

my ears sometimes get hot too and I also have acid reflux!!

apart from all this I'm fine lol!!

not sure what's happening to me.

any help would be appreciated!!
