I'm 8months pregnant this is my first pregnancy. Im starting to get a little nervous because everyone is sayin that when you are pregnant for the first time you have a long labor. Is this true can anyone help me

The chances for a long labor is increased for your first child. It will normally be longer than for other children but it does not need to be loooong.

Do your exercises and speak to your doctor about your options.
