My labium minor has swollen like a balloon its is extremly sore especailly when i walk or put pressure on it.This has only happened on my right side.it happened last night after foreplay and dry sex. What can i do to make the sweeling go down and to stop the pain.

Its simply trauma. Lay off the sex until the swelling goes down, put a cool washcloth to relieve some discomfort and use lube to prevent it from happening again.
