I have a problem with getting a full HARD erection that lasts and a condom seems to make it flacid if im not engaged in full penetration from beginning to end and it sucks! I also have a problem with numbness in my toes and I thought maybe its a blood flow problem. I've researched alot of ingredients present in "male enhancement" pills and found a few... Yohimbe, B12, and Argenine. Further discovery I noticed that these were all over the counter dietary supplements and weighing in the cost, male enhancement pills are WAAAAY over priced and don't even remotely contain the daily recommended dosage.

I've noticed some ok results as Im more energetic, the numbness isnt as bad, erections are quicker but still not full like they used to be when I was younger. Should I up my intake or should I seek a professional opinion?

I have a very similar problem, including numbness in the toes (the smaller 3 on each foot). I wander if its a blood pressure problem or something else (Im pretty active and not overweight..but I do love salt), Id love to get to the bottom of it.

Extremely eHealthy
You shouldn't self-diagnose or self-medicate even if you have an MD at the end of your name. Numbness of your extremities is a reason to see a doctor alone, certainly feel free to talk to your doctor about your dissatisfaction with your erections while you're there.
