right hand in a fist,cant get the nuckles to straighten out or fingers to straighten out please help

Hello and thank you for posting your medical question on E health Forum.

From the description of your symptoms it seems that your fingers joints are locked.

You might consider to go to the ER or consult your physician at the earliest for immediate medical assistance.

In the mean time try applying heat packs to the hands to help the pain and discomfort.
