Hi there
2 years ago i had acl reconstruction on my left knee, hamstring was used to replace the torn ligament. Everything seemed to be going great and i was happy with how i was progressing, however, just recently ive got back into competitive football and ive had the odd pop/grinding feeling on 2 different occasions and now my knee is very stiff particurly in the mornings. Their has also been some swelling surrounding the knee too. Could you tell me if this is something to worry about? Could it be my leg is still very weak and needs strengthening? and what could be causing this?
