now, in bed with frozen articokes on my knee, I think I may have overused it but when I walk on it it feels super swollen and like it is going to hyper extend any minute, it feels very unstable. In general, I have always had bad knees and I work on them in yoga all the time, trying to build up my thigh muscles to compensate, is it possible I just over used those muscles to the point that they lost it and know my knee is unstable and hurt? when I feel my knee, the under the knee cam hurts when I press it. Do I need to go to the hospital? What have I done?
