I had a knee replacement 5 months ago. In the last 3 weeks I have developed itching, burning, with increased calf swelling; 2-3 inches greater than the other calf. This is not dependent edema as it is not less in the morning after sleeping. I had a doppler and do not have a clot. I do have multiple allergies including nickel. My pain and mobility have greatly improved but worried I'm having a reaction.
