I had surgery on my knee about one and a half years ago, a lateral release. It still consistently pops out and there is nothing that seems to be helping this problem. Even when i wear a knee brace my knee pops out. I am active because i am a cheerleader and do so almost every day. recently i have a cold sensation in my knee, should i be worried?
