Q: knee pain after surgery

I had knee replacement surgery the middle of Oct. I had good results in PT with total straightening of knee and 131 bend back. I took a 2 week trip 8 weeks after surgery with strenuous walking and steps. I now have pain and some stiffness in my knee. Am I still healing or should I be concerned.
