What did I do?
Running to first base after a droppped 3rd strike, I tried to avoid the tag by the errant throw by reaching for the inside of the base.

Buckle.

I slowed dow, bent over for a sec to think about what happened and jogged back to the dugout. I played the next 1/2 inning in right field, but I felt my knee get heavier and it seemed to be unstable. I iced the knee at the game and again at home.

This morning I can't fully bend it (without pain) nor can I straighten it (without pain). I can walk slowly and if I go slow, I can walk up the stairs as usual (w/some pain).

Good news only please.
