Q: knee injury

hi
I have fallen over my knee yesterday.I was playing a football and I could not complete the game.
there is a slight swelling on the lateral aspect of my right knee a click feeling over the lateral aspect of my knee.
now I have a severe pain I could not walk .
I called my doctor but he is not present he went to attend a symposium .
please respond as soon as possible.
