i cut my tendon in my knee in oct,in november i had an op to repair it,(i've a wire and screw in my knee) i spent 4wk's in a full lent cast,and 5 wk's in a brace, i got my brace off last tue de
6th of jan....

de muscle's are dead in my leg so have to build them back up again..
how long will that take?

i've been doing excerise's everyday,but de pain that i get in my leg and my knee is very sore, that some day's i do be crying...
is this normal?
also during de nite i wake up in real pain, i get de most 5hrs sleep a nite
i can bend my knee a little bit,even at that it's very sore,
will i be able to bend my knee de full way again?...

some time's when i bend it,it feel's like my knee is stpping it to bend!

can u help me with some of these ans please
