i was taking zanax for a few weeks due due a very bad withdrawel on zoloft had no idea there were withdrawels with this was never told 6 years ago when i started it. i am on it again 50 milligrams a day. lost my son so i must take this zoloft. when i withdrew from zoloft i had terrible withdrawels for two weeks or longer pressure went up sky high so they put me on zanax to bring blood level back up took .025 3 times a day for over three weeks. wanted off that drug i hate it. so dr put me on klonopin 3 times a day till it gets in my bloodstream and starts its effect. ive been on that now almost 2 weeks. but my question is how long does it really take to see some effects i still get a little jittery in between.

That is something that you'll need to discuss with your doctor. Every person needs their own specific timing and dosage. Your doctor can help adjust until it is working just right for you. Did your doc schedule a follow up visit? If not, schedule that asap!

Ah I see. Did you tell the doc you are trying to cut down? In order to minimize withdrawal and stop that mess from happening again, you should tell your doc you want to be off of it and have her help you out with the best timing. It's different for everyone.

Im also taking kolonipin, originaly for my phobias, but i have recently been having bad panic attacks that come out of nowhere. Start to feel dizzy, then racing heart, lil queezy, then i feel like im going to die. I actually had one today and went straight to my cardiologist and he had the readings of 130bpm and he told me i was not going to die, that panic attacks will not kill you. I had to take 3mg of kolonopin to calm me down.

I like the medicin, it works, but i hate the fact that its a mind eraser. And i have sexual side effects from it. Is there any other meds that can help with the attacks but not have such shitty side effects?
