Q: Kissed boyfriend with AIDS - mononucleosis ?

Ok, so my boyfriend has AIDS. He just recently broke up with someone that he constantly made out with. Does this mean I will get Mono, or mabey even AIDS?

If he has ever had mono then you could get that. HIV is not known to be passed through saliva, but if he has a cut or sore in his mouth then the virus could get in your mouth and enter your body through a small cut or sore.
