Kind of bump on scrotum? Help

I took a shower today and later on found a "bump" in my scrotum. It isn't attached to either testicle, it's just there, its about half - 3/4ths the size of a testicle. I'm 15 and it just showed today, it's not as soft as the actual skin but not super hard either. What is this? Will it go away?


The area is kind of reddish, and was itchy.
