Call me stupid. Okay, I'm currently 5ft 4in, 7 stone 4lbs (approx. 47 kilos or 103.5 pounds)but I want to lose more weight! I only eat dinner, but after that I bloat until it looks like I'm pregnant. I feel like I am about to explode and my breathing becomes very shallow. I've recently been diagnosed with IBS and have been given treatment, but I feel I cannot eat anything without wanting to take laxatives or more of the treatment - just to get the food out of my system!
I sometimes binge eat aswell and end up hating myself afterwards and anything I eat I am afraid of gaining weight. I can get bloated after eating a simple salad and am convinced I am fat (maybe due to the bloating). I feel that I should lose more weight, to make myself feel better, is that right?
