Kids Peins Size

Dear Doctor,

I would like to seek your kind advice about my son, he is 6 year old and since birth his peins size is so small, doctor called Micro Peins,

By birth he has a bilateral undescended testis problem and we did orchedoplexy operation both side and doctor given him a 6 Testosterone Hormones injection but still its small Please can you advice what we can do for him, if you required his medical report I have in my email I can forward you
