My kidneys started hurtnig my about 4 months ago. I thought it was back pain so I went to the chiropractor for 3 months. I also went to the doctor and thougt I need back excercise. I have taken CYPRO, FLAGYL, and a Z-PACK. I have taken a urinalysis. I finally realized that it actually is my kidneys that are hurting. As of right now I notice that the more water I drink the more they bother me. I guess because they have to process the water. I have only drunk water for 30 days now. My doctor says wait until mid July to see if the symptoms subside. Sometimes I think its getting better and sometimes I get extremely worried that it wont.
I dont have blood in my urine and I dont have fever. Initially the pain felt like a disc problem. I could not bend over much. I was on xannex and drinking regularly. I also was having alot of dental work done and was given loratabs. This is about the time my back started hurting. Well I stopped the xannex and drinking about 30 days ago, and the symptoms have gotten better but not gone away. Right now it just seems like the lil pains I feel are sticking around. Maybe I have not given them enough time to heal up from the abuse, or maybe something else is wrong? The oddest thing is that the more water I drink the more they seem to bother me.

Im really worried and almost fretting right now. Google is scary thing when you are trying to figure out what is wrong.

It seems like both kidneys take turns aching a little bit. Mostly my left side, but when that one is not bothering me, its my right size. I only get sharp pains here and there. It seemed like they were getting better every day but lately it just seems to plain out.

Kidney hurting
I don't have the vomiting or fever, or any other symptom of a kidney infection I've had the same problem with both my kidneys. I really can't offer a solution to this 'cause I'm STILL going through it. My problem started after I ate some bad frozen custard. I'm SUPER BROKE and can't afford to go to the hospital. I would like to try home remedies first. Any suggestions anyone?
