Q: Kidney size and function

My left Kidney is smaller than the Right Kidney & want to know if this condition, a cause for worry?

If the kidneys are functioning well there is no need for worry. Kidney function can be checked by performing blood and urine tests: urea, creatinin, creatinin clearance calculation, uric acid, electrolytes (Na, Ca and K), proteins in the urine, urine sediment, urine pH etc.
You may want to consult your GP about this.
