Kidney infection and stones

Respected Sir,
My father is 47 years old. he has stone in both kidneys for about 2 years. he is given laser radiation treatment on doctors advise. after that stone is released but there is infection in the kidney. now he has again stone in both kidneys. recent laboratory report shows that his right kidney is small in size (7.3*0.6cm) while size of left kidney is (10.7*1.7cm), and stone analysis shows that it consist of
calcium oxalate 50%
calcium ammonium phosphate 24%
calcium phosphate 20%
uric acid 05%
magnesium phosphate 01%
