kidney failure , less than 5% , swollen 80% of time

My right kidney is working at a less than 5%. I had seen at least 10 specialist. Neurologyst as well as Neuphrologyst tell me the same thimg. I have plenty of blood in the urine. Because of this am always swollen, am not able to funtion at my normal. I lost my job because of it. There are days that am able to urine three to four times a day, but then again there are time I don't, not even once.

I had numerous surgeriess, and the consequences are scarf tissues. Now I also suffer from this and am told there is nothing they could do, because the more they go in, the more scarf tissues I will have.

I have painfull sex. I been marry for 30 years now in december. I am 49 years old. I had to full term pregnacies. I have two boys ages 26 and 24.

I see that my conditon is affecting not only me, which I don't care much, but is affecting my family. I take all kinds of narcotics. Oxycodone, fantanyl, gabapentin, furocep, benadryl, ect. I also go fo Lidoderm infussions at least once a month. I also take 2 to 3 kinds od antibiotics, ciprofloxacn, amoxicillin, keeflex and some others.

I am tire, I am swollen 80% of the times. I went from having 2 full times jobs and going to college twice a week, to nothing.

Please, help me. Where can I go. I live in Brentwood, Long Island. Is there is a place close by or can I travel anywhere to find help? My husband and I are willing to do so.
