last year I developed an eating disorder, I had always overate as a child, when I was bored and not even hungry.. so I began starving myself and lost like 15 lbs quicktimes. I started using chemicals that summer and first semester of highschool I did them almost everyday and I was down to 95 lbs at 5'3. I kicked the drugs with help about 7 months later and since I developed anorexia my binge eating has gotten worse. I gained back about 15 lbs and I can't stop binge eating. every day I eat and eat and eat and it's uncontrolled and sloppy and I'm sick of it. it's not that this would benefit me by helping me lose more weight.. I just want to quit NOW.
can I get confidential help?

Rolling Eyes thanks

Im not sure. I went through binge eating and bulemia, and before that, anorexia. I developed a routine, because I learned that this screwed up my metabolism and in the long run, i would be old and fat. lol.. I would just make a routine! Eat like 5 small meals a day instead of just a few big ones. This will make your metabolism way better than it probably is now. It will average out your weight, and get you back to being healthy.
