Ok, my guy has no problem keeping an erection most of the time but what the problem is he can not cum while him masterbating on his own or during sex everyone in awile he can cum but its not much of anything. He's wondering if it has something to do with always drinking caffeine or been drinking alchol and lately not drinking im not the only realationship hes had the problem of not being able to come im the only female that cared enough to check up on it. I feel like I cant turn him on or keep him turned on bc I cant make him cum, feeling inadaquite and fustrating. Foreplay is real nice but when your making love and your guy just aint cumming its kind of a turnoff when you cant even make him cum.. Any suggestions or help please..

THe diagnosis for such a condition is called "delayed ejaculation", or "anorgasmia". Possible causes for anorgasmia include:

* Medications (especially antidepressants, antihypertensive and antipsychotic drugs)
* Spinal cord injury
* Diabetes
* MS
* Nerve lesions
* Alcohol consumption

He can visit a urologist who specializes in male sexual dysfunction in order to identify and start to treat the root cause of the problem.

I used to have this problem when I was a virgin and couldn't orgasm through masturbation and thought I couldn;t have sex. I only had orgasms through wet dreams. My first proper orgasm was a blow job and since then I haven't looked back, so it was purely psychological. PS - now I masturbate regularly.

By reading your question, I vote the Alcohol, matter of fact I think you were drunk when you wrote the message. I think I got the picture, so I would say, you have beer dick. Are you on any anti-depressants, they have a tendency to give you the hard on of the century but you can't seal the deal no matter what you do. It also is painful. The mind is also a player, stop putting so much pressure on yourself to come, sit back and relax and enjoy, and lay off the alcohol and caffeine for a bit. Or here's heres a thought. See a doctor. Or a hot girlfriend, your choice. Good luck,
