Please help me to understand meening of karyopyte of my husband. He has: 46, XY, Yqh- (me: 46, XX).

I was pregnant 8 monthes ago, but our baby (boy) has congenital malformation (no urinary bladder, buds) and on the 17-th weeks we interrupted pregnancy.

Now we r planning 2nd pregnancy and Id like to know if karyotype of my husband is OK for birth of healthy baby? Has anyone such type of karyotype?

Thank you in advance.
