Hi there. Im 17 and i on Sunday so i'm on my pill free week. My partner and I only had sexual intercourse twice when i was on the pill and it was unprotected. My period has always been dodgy and late but it is now Friday and there is still no sign of a period arriving although there has been more discharge. I am really petrified of being pregnant. Am i? I mean its not usually normal to completely miss a period or to be this late is it? Please help, i really cant stop thinking about it!!

As long as you have been taking the pill as directed, I don't think you have anything to worry about. It sometimes takes a while for the body to get on schedule when you start taking the pill.

I think this is a false alarm so I would continue on the pill. But this is up to you to decide. If you are pregnant, continuing on the pill can harm the baby.

You're welcome. I'm glad it was a false alarm.
