I was brought to the Hospital and found out it was panic attack since then I was like going to a shopping mall, I visited hospitals and doctors to find out whats realy wrong with my physical condition. I slightly recover now from severe panic attack and learned some techniques to coup up like breathing techniuqes, cognitive behavioral therapy and more. but I still feel anxius with my self because my joints are in pain and I still feel like im weak. Is this one of the symptoms of having anxiety disorder?

You are working through your anxiety and panic attacks very sensibly. Keep doing what you are doing; seek ongoing professional help; feel positive about yourself and your ability to control the anxiety. You are on a good path. Good luck and congratulations.
