Experienced User
Synvisc injections, Glucosamine with Chondrotin supplements, Celebrex, Ice, exercise and maybe biosil supplements, fish oil supplements, Lidocain injections...These are all options. Im a big believer on the Glucosamine but any supplements should come from a Health food store or at GNC..Do not get them at walgreens or Walmart or those places that have a lower grade of it..Also, cortisone injections if severe. If in the Winter, gotta wrap that knee and keep it warm.

I had plasma disc Decompession spinal surgery on L4, L5, s1 lumbar region. It failed and would like to know if this supplement would help repair damage tissue/ scar tissue. Please let me know if you have tried this for awhile and the results. Also, what areas in the body do you have arthritis? Please let me know.

Thanks,

I use Omega XL too! I had such incredible pain in my elbows that really bothered me in the gym. I ran across them when I was searching online for "joint pain relief" and went to their website and read several of the blog articles. It is a really interesting product with a lot of science behind it. They guarantee it for 90 days, so i tried it. I've been using it for about 6 months and I really have to say that all my joint pain is gone. The stuff works.
