So how do you know a reputable doctor when you see one, PatsytheArtist?
Do they wear a name tag stating so?
I do not feel that one puts oneself in jeopardy by trying alternative products. But be reasonable. It products don't work after a fair shot then find a doctor. You should also have a good diagnosis before using alternative products. How would you know how to proceed unless you know for sure whats ailing you?
There are doctors out there who specialize in treating arthritis with alternative products. Thats the kind I would look for instead of trying to do it all by myself.
One thing not mentioned here so far for joint inflammation that can be quite helpful is fish oil. Some people only need 1 gram a day, others up to 10 or 15.
