okay guys,
I'm 24 years old and my weight is good. few months ago I started to lose my sex drive and the ability to endure hard works Sad I made a lot of searches about this issue, what I found is that I have the same symptoms of low testosterone levels Sad and I'm 99% sure that this is happened because I don't do any kind of sports/exercises, lack of sleep at night (I only sleep 2hr on avg at night) and ~4hrs after I come from my work (yah, my sleeping schedule sucks)

I plan for a big change in my life style sunny
I was looking for the best ways to rise testosterone levels and I found out about so many exercises sunny the problem with'em that they give you very big muscles (ya I know most men like to have really big muscles) but for me I'd really like to stick with my slim body giggle so I was thing of a good exercises that can train your muscles and increase the stamina without having big muscles!
what about jogging?
I really think it can boost testosterone levels (but not as fast as doing heavy exercises) it just take longer time and have many other benefits Razz
do you think I will see good results after some time if I go jogging ~3 times a week with good/healthy food program?
I plan to run ~3 miles each time, with some weights attached to my legs and hands (say 20lbs total weight)

what do you think?
to let you know, I cann't run 1/4 mile Sad but I plan to start slowly and push my self to the limits naturaly.

I just wanna know your opinions about it so I can rise my testosterone levels, so I can have my sex drive back =(

First of all I really think that you need a lot of sleep.

You did not mention if you are in relationship or not. Your life style is not necessary the case of a low sex drive.

Jogging is a great idea, you boost not only your stamina but you total wellness as well. you don't need to jog that much, 2 times a week can do the trick without any weights. If you need more just jog more. I jog, and never put any weights on myself.

You might consider start taking vitamins, I prefer one a day mens health formula.

I am a wife of a 56 year old and his testosterone level got worse after he started jogging.
What little he had went all to his jogging and working out.
