For the past couple of months, when I jerk my head, if it's for a quick nod, or trying to get my hair out of my face, I've been getting these sharp pains to the upper front right side of my head. The pains are variable in intensity and sometimes cause me to stop what I'm doing for a moment as they can be quite a painful shock. They go away within a few to 10 seconds. What could be causing this? I've always been a headache sufferer. I think I have headaches generally more often than not. Perhaps due to sinus/allergy issues. Thank you!
