Hey guyz, im finding for some people who can relate to this, im having jaw tension 2 years already and it has been really disturbing, the weird thing is that the tension comes from my abs, everytime i press my upper abs which is my diaphram, it tenses my lower jaw . . dont know why . . and its getting worse now . . im having a hard time to project a smile because of the tension itself . . and i became moody ever since this happened . . Please help me guys through this!
