Hello,
I have had issues with tmj for 2 years (headaches, pain) but was just recently diagnosed(oddly,it was the dr who took my wisdom teeth out that commented on my deformed jaw joint). It seems to be getting worse and I have tried soft foods, pain relievers, and heat. Nothing works. My jaw is popping and feels so heavy and achy at times, its unbearable. Today, I was eating and it almost felt like my jaw joint popped out of place. Is this possible? It hurt really bad and this isn't the first time it's happened. Does anyone know what I can do to prevent this and/or any tips that I could do to help with my tmj?
