Hey has anyone been so unwell that they
did something that they regreted while
unwell and ended up in jail because of
what they did and how did you get over
it?
I am just asking as i did soething wrong
while unwell and went to jail for a very
short time but still cant get over it.

I did do something ... while drunk and was
ashamaed of it for many years afterwards.
However, then I joined A.A. and went
through the 12 steps and was relieved of
all that guilt. I finally came to
understand that the person I WAS isn't the
person I AM and that I have choices now
... and wouldn't make the same choices
that I did in the past.
