I think 20-30 times a day is a problem, that pretty much doesn't leave any time for anything else in your day. Cut it down by 5 every two days or something. and give yourself reasons not to jack off. Like, what could you do better with your time rather than pleasure yourself.... take up taekwondo, judo, karate or something.
