Q: IUDs and cervical scar tissue

Hi!!

I had a cone biopsy years ago that left me with ALLOT of cervical scar tissue..so much so that I can not carry a baby to full term.

I am on the pill now and wanted to get an IUD. I am 41 and want to get off of the pill and use a safer method.

Would an IUD be feasible with so much scar tissue?
