I'm assuming it came out during sex. If it protects through hormones and barrier method, like Mirena, then chances are pretty slim that you would become pregnant. You should go to the doctor as soon as possible to have it or a new one inserted. Make sure you use an alternate method of birth control if you have sex before you can see a doctor.
