I have a the mirena since july 08 and have never had a period since then. I have done a couple of hpt that were all negative in the begining. I haven't had a test since jan. Do I need to test every month to make sure I'm not pregnant? Is it normal not to have any period at all and I mean nothing no bleeding or symptoms?
