Q: ITP or aplastic anemia symptoms

I am very concerned about children and teens or anyone else that has been experiencing any unexplained bruising, rash, nose bleeds, fatigue, pallor or body aches, especially joint aches recently and doesn't quite know what is going on? Have you been diagnosed with ITP, aplastic anemia, or leukemia? Perhaps you haven't been diagnosed with anything yet but may be suspect of the following? Have you ever taken ritalin or adderall, etc...other adhd drug?
