hello im am 13 years old in a week or so i will be 14. for a couple weeks or so i think sience foot ball season started i have been itching on the bottom of my penis and i dont know why theres not much hair there and it gets realy red when i scratch it i wanted to know if its just dry skin or if i have a problem also there are little like balls that would make the shape of a ring all my penis from the of center it all the way down twords my stomach and all over my scrotum there not any differnt color ar anything same color as the rest of my penis and when i sqweeze them it hurts a little and theres like a small hard ball in the middle i dont think its any thing because my pubic hair is grown out of them. do you think evrything is normal with my penis???
