Q: Itchy vagina

My vagina is so sore and itchy, it wakes me up in the middle of the night. Creams dont work and i am going to a doctor in the middle of next week. It also looks like an extra flap of skin developed around the outside and i am worried that i have an incureable std..or any std at all for that matter. And it burns a little when I urinate. Anyone know what it is and how I can relieve the itching?
