hello this could be many things never experienced it after any of my births..could be prickly heat or allergy either way if she has a fever call or see a doctor..if generally well and just itching tell her to take an antihistamine for hayfever as this stops itching too..hormonal is always an option too as i suffer itchy skin due to menopause..

I had this for probably the last trimester of my pregnancy and was supposedly suppose to go away once I had my baby (which I did, June 25th). I still have it and it is called PUPPPS or pregnancy rash. I really have no idea as to what causes this. I went in for an appointment with my belly raw after itching and it's spread to my thighs and my arms. It's finally beginning to heal although my thighs have some pretty nasty scabs yet. My doctor didn't seem to have any concern (or suggestions on how to get rid of it) with it even though my skin was raw. Sorry I couldn't help with cures.
