Q: Itchy Skin Without Rash

Recently I was facing skin itchy over my arm. when the itchy start happen, I did not see any rash or bump. But once I scratch it with hand & slowly it will turn to red color as usual. & slowly i will see bump coming out. something like what people call Hives. But not really look the same. The bump can be vary in side or even in form of straight line. I went for phymacy, they provide me a medicine call Zyrtec & it will stop, but once i stop taking it. it will appear again.
Is this something related to Allergy ?? please do share information if someone out there facing same problem.

Miss out something, it will disappear after a while, may be less than 30min - 1hr. The itchy part always same area of my hand / arm.
